Clark is operated by Techwiz LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 500 4th St NW Ste 102, Albuquerque, NM 87102, United States. Clark is built and run by the Weblyfe team. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have, including the GDPR rights we honor for customers in the EU and EEA. Questions: seyed@weblyfe.nl.

What we collect

• Account data. Name, email address, and company name when you sign up or book a call.
• Waitlist and lead data. Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, marketing consent, referral source, and campaign parameters when you join the waitlist or submit a lead form.
• Payment data. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Connected tools. When you connect WhatsApp, Google, Notion, Shopify, or other integrations, we store the access tokens encrypted and use them only so your Clark can do the work you asked for.
• Shopify. If you connect a Shopify store, Clark reads your products and your orders so it can answer your questions about the store, and it can change a product’s title, status or tags when you ask it to. From orders it reads the order id, the order number, the date, the financial status and the total. It does not read your customers’ names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers, and it does not request permission to. Order data is not stored: it is read when you ask a question and used to answer it. The only thing kept is a proposed product change awaiting your confirmation, which expires after fifteen minutes.
• Work content. Messages you send Clark and the content Clark processes on your behalf (emails, documents, conversations) are processed on your own isolated machine and stored there.
• Site analytics. Page metrics on this website via Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless, no consent needed) and Google Analytics 4, which loads only after you allow it on the cookie banner. We use them to see what content works; we do not sell or combine this with your account data. Details and your controls are in the cookie policy.

Why we process it

To run your Clark (performance of our contract), to bill you (contract), to keep the service secure and improve it (legitimate interest), and to answer you when you contact us. With your explicit consent, we send launch and product emails. You can withdraw that consent through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your company data to train models for anyone else.

Where it lives

Each customer's Clark runs on its own isolated machine. Actions are logged so they can be reviewed and reversed. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data flows to a client's own connected tools only at that client's instruction. Website lead records are stored in our Payload database and mirrored to Brevo for consented email and Notion for sales follow-up.

International transfers

Techwiz LLC is a US company and the service is operated from the United States. Where we process personal data of EU or EEA residents, we do so under standard US-processor safeguards; a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses is available on request at seyed@weblyfe.nl.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website and dashboard hosting), Anthropic and comparable model providers (AI processing), Orgo (isolated compute), Resend and Brevo (transactional and consented marketing email), Notion (sales lead management), Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp messaging where you connect it), Telegram (messaging where you connect it). Each processes only what its role requires. For this website we additionally use Google (Google Analytics 4, website analytics, only after your consent on the cookie banner).

Retention

Account data lives as long as your subscription plus what tax law requires. When you cancel, your Clark's machine is decommissioned and its data deleted within 30 days, except invoices we must keep. Prospect and waitlist data is retained for up to 12 months after the last interaction, or until you withdraw consent or request deletion. We propagate unsubscribe and deletion requests to Payload, Brevo, and Notion where applicable. You can request earlier deletion.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection. Mail seyed@weblyfe.nl and we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

When this policy changes materially, we tell active customers by email before it takes effect.
