Privacy policy
Last updated 7 July 2026Clark is operated by Weblyfe (legal entity name, registered in the Netherlands, KvK KvK number, registered address). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR. Questions: seyed@weblyfe.nl.
What we collect
- Account data. Name, email address, and company name when you sign up or book a call.
- Payment data. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Connected tools. When you connect WhatsApp, Google, Notion, or other integrations, we store the access tokens encrypted and use them only so your Clark can do the work you asked for.
- Work content. Messages you send Clark and the content Clark processes on your behalf (emails, documents, conversations) are processed on your own isolated machine and stored there.
- Site analytics. Basic, privacy-respecting usage metrics on this website.
Why we process it
To run your Clark (contract performance), to bill you (contract), to keep the service secure and improve it (legitimate interest), and to answer you when you contact us. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your company data to train models for anyone else.
Where it lives
Each customer's Clark runs on its own isolated machine. Actions are logged so they can be reviewed and reversed. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data flows to a client's own connected tools only at that client's instruction.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website and dashboard hosting), Anthropic and comparable model providers (AI processing), Orgo (isolated compute), Resend (transactional email), Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp messaging where you connect it), Telegram (messaging where you connect it). Each processes only what its role requires.
Retention
Account data lives as long as your subscription plus what tax law requires. When you cancel, your Clark's machine is decommissioned and its data deleted within 30 days, except invoices we must keep. You can request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection. Mail seyed@weblyfe.nl and we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
When this policy changes materially, we tell active customers by email before it takes effect.
